These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of Comic Release (the "Platform"), which is provided by Biz Group FZ-LLC ("Biz Group", "we", "us" or "our"). In these Terms, "you" means a participant who uses the Platform during a session.
You accept these Terms by selecting "I agree and continue" on the AI Studio notice or by otherwise using the Platform during a session. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform and should inform your facilitator.
Biz Group delivers each session under an agreement with the organization that booked it, which is usually your employer (your "Organization"). That agreement governs what your Organization may do with the Outputs of the session (as defined in Section 7).
Comic Release is a team-building activity in which teams create a comic strip during facilitated sessions approved by Biz Group, using text and photos they provide and artificial intelligence (AI) tools that generate images and text. The Platform is not offered as a public consumer service, and its features may change from one session to another.

You may leave the Platform to use the device's camera or photo gallery in order to add content to your comic. Biz Group may reset devices after a session, which permanently removes any content stored on them.
You are responsible for the content you add to the Platform. You must:
Your team's comic is visible to facilitators and administrators, on the presentation screen, and to other participants during the session, including during any voting.
You must not use the Platform to create, upload or share content that:
You must not attempt to disrupt the Platform, access other teams' work or administrator areas, circumvent the AI Studio notice or usage limits, or extract data from the Platform.
Biz Group owns the completed comic strips and the AI-generated images and text created on the Platform during a session ("Outputs"), including any text or photos as they appear in them.
By accepting these Terms, you transfer to Biz Group all economic rights you hold in the Outputs, including the rights to reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute and make them available. This transfer applies worldwide and for the full duration of those rights, for the following purposes:
This Section does not affect your rights under our Privacy Policy, including your right to request the removal of your personal data.
Outputs are delivered to your Organization on request. You may also request a copy of your team's comic from your facilitator or by contacting us using the details in Section 16.
You may share Outputs that you receive from Biz Group or your Organization on your personal social media accounts, provided that every person shown in them has consented. You are solely responsible for anything you share, and Biz Group is not responsible for how shared Outputs are used by you or by others. You must not sell Outputs, use them to promote another business, or alter them to misrepresent any person.
AI-generated text and images may be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected, and may resemble existing works. You should review them before adding them to your comic.
Facilitators and administrators may remove any content, or end your access to a session, if it breaches these Terms or the rules of the event, or where this is necessary for security or to protect others. You may request the removal of your content as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Platform's software, design, templates and branding belong to Biz Group and its licensors. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell them.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data the Platform collects, how it is used, retained and deleted, and how you can exercise your rights.
The Platform is provided for use in sessions on an "as available" basis. Biz Group does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, including where the third-party providers it relies on, such as AI, hosting and storage providers, are unavailable.
To the extent the law allows, Biz Group is not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data or content. Biz Group's responsibilities for the session are set out in its agreement with your Organization.
Nothing in these Terms, including Section 8, limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre.
Before starting any proceedings, please contact us using the details in Section 16 so that we can try to resolve your concern.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Platform or to legal requirements. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page, and you may be asked to accept the updated Terms before using AI Studio again.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. If we do not enforce a provision immediately, we may still enforce it later.
